From the desk of the Executive Director

Dear Friends,

Fall has arrived! For those of us in the northeast cool crisp days, scent of fallen leaves, cinnamon and apple cider surround us as the days grow shorter.

It’s been a time of transition for me personally as I settle into a new home in Northampton. The delays and challenges of my move have kept our event schedule light until now. Moving forward, I’m pleased to share that we will be resuming our normal programming this month.

Our practitioner series resumes on October 29th with special guest, Nitya Eisenheim, ND read more and register HERE. The next book chat with volunteer Linda Reeves will be on November 15th, more info HEREYou can find our calendar HERE

Recovery from Lyme and long COVID begins in the gut.

“The human body is made up of many systems, all working together to keep us healthy. If one system falls out of balance, it can disrupt the others, and our health will start to fail. To bring back health, we must try to identify what knocked it out of balance in the first place.”
