Events

We offer Practitioner Presentations to learn more about Lyme and Tick-borne Illnesses that are open to the public. Social events are open to people living with Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses and their care partners to relax and connect outside of talking about illness.

All events are free of charge.
Donations are appreciated and help us to continue offering free programming and support. Suggested amount $5-20.

View on our YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qg9345wP1YQ Join Alison for a conversation about Social Security Disability! She went through the experience of (successfully) applying herself in 2004, and has explored the system since. She knows how the process feels and has dived into understanding how and why it feels so hard, both to decide to apply, and to actually fill out the paperwork. She’ll walk you through how it works (helping you separate the facts from the rumors), when you should apply, and steps you can take to protect your mental health while you do so!
